My journey in real estate began in 2004, when I earned my first real estate license in California. But my love for real estate started even earlier — through buying homes, renovating them, and seeing firsthand how the right real estate decisions can shape families, businesses, and long-term financial outcomes.
For nearly two decades, I’ve been both a real estate investor and a real estate advisor. Today, as the co-founder of MLG Partners, I work alongside our team to support homeowners, buyers, and investors in making thoughtful, strategic decisions about their real estate. Our work spans everything from helping families buy and sell homes to advising small and larger property owners on portfolio strategy and long-term planning.
At MLG Partners, we don’t see ourselves as salespeople. We see ourselves as being of counsel. Our role is to slow the process down, help clients understand their options, and choose the path that best aligns with their financial goals, lifestyle, and long-term vision. Whether someone is purchasing their first home or managing a multi-property portfolio, our approach is always strategy first, pressure never.
I co-founded MLG Partners to operate as more than a traditional real estate team. We are built to function as a true partner to our clients — thinking alongside them, protecting their interests, and helping them make decisions they’ll feel good about years from now, not just at closing.
Beyond real estate, our work is grounded in faith, family, and community. We believe strongly in mentorship, service, and using business as a platform for positive impact. This is reflected in our nonprofit work through Resources4Life, where we focus on creating stable housing and support for individuals navigating major life transitions.
Real estate is more than property to us — it’s a tool to build stability, opportunity, and legacy. It’s a privilege for our team to walk alongside our clients in that journey.
